ĐỊNH NGHĨA, PHÂN LOẠI VÀ CẤU TẠO CỦA RÒNG RỌC

Trong cuộc sống hàng ngày, chúng ta luôn có những việc phải nâng hạ các vật nặng lên cao, xuống thấp. Nếu như chỉ sử dụng sức nâng thủ công của con người thì khó có thể làm được việc nặng hoặc sẽ cần rất nhiều nhân công gây tiêu tốn thời gian và tiền bạc. Vì vậy ngay từ xa xưa người ta đã phát minh ra ròng rọc để hỗ trợ lực kéo cho con người giúp chúng ta giải quyết công việc nhanh hơn, hiệu quả hơn và ít tốn sức, tiết kiệm chi phí. Sau này khoa học công nghệ phát triển, từ ròng rọc người ta cả tiến ra những thiết bị nâng hạ khác với công năng hiệu quả hơn rất nhiều như pa lăng xích kéo tay, pa lăng cáp điện, tời kéo mặt đất ….

1. Ròng rọc là gì?

Ròng rọc là một loại máy cơ đơn giản, hữu ích trong cuộc sống hàng ngày và được ứng dụng rộng rãi trên toàn thế giới. Ròng rọc được sử dụng để trợ lực kéo vật nặng lên cao, hạ xuống thấp giúp con người nâng hạ được vật nặng dễ dàng, nhẹ nhàng hơn, hiệu quả và tiết kiệm chi phí.

2. CẤU TẠO CỦA RÒNG RỌC.

Ròng rọc là thiết bị nâng hạ sơ khai nên có cấu tạo rất đơn giản, nó có 1 bánh xe có rãnh điều hướng 1 sợi dây cáp hoặc dây thừng có khả năng chịu được sức nặng của vật cần kéo. Bánh xe quay quanh một trục cố định được gắn với một móc treo. Khi sử dụng, gắn vật nặng vào 1 đầu dây cáp, người dùng sức kéo đầu còn lại vật nặng sẽ được đưa lên cao dễ dàng.

3. PHÂN BIỆT RÒNG RỌC CỐ ĐỊNH VÀ RÒNG RỌC ĐỘNG

Căn cứ vào cách sử dụng ròng rọc mà người ta có thể phân ròng rọc làm hai loại (ròng rọc cố định và ròng rọc động).

  • Ròng rọc cố định: Làm thay đổi hướng của lực tác dụng vào nó,cường độ lực: F=P=> Không được lợi về lực nhưng được lợi về chiều.
  • Ròng rọc động: Giúp kéo vật lên cao với 1 lực nhỏ hơn trọng lượng của vật;cường độ lực;F tuy Không được lợi về chiều,nhưng được lợi về lực. khi dùng ròng rọc động ta được lợi 2 lần về lực nhưng lại thiệt hai lần về đường ( 2P = F )

4. ỨNG DỤNG CỦA RÒNG RỌC TRONG CUỘC SỐNG.

Ròng rọc được sử dụng rất rộng rãi và phổ biến trong các công việc nâng hạ vật nặng trong cuộc sống. Nó được sử dụng chủ yếu trong dân dụng vì chi phí rẻ, dễ dàng sử dụng, hoạt động thủ công. Tải trọng nâng vật nặng khá nhỏ bởi nó phụ thuộc vào sức kéo của mỗi người. Cũng bởi vậy nó thường không được sử dụng trong công nghiệp.

Tuy nhiên ngày nay ròng rọc đã được thay thế bằng các loại máy nâng hạ khác hiện đại hơn, hiệu quả cao hơn như pa lăng xích kéo tay, pa lăng cáp điện, tời kéo…
